Main Idea: We are all called to courageously point people to Jesus.
I. Pointing people to Jesus includes confronting misconceptions and opposing views.

Acts 2:14–15 – Peter corrects the false accusation that the disciples were drunk.
-
Evangelism is often uncomfortable because it involves truth: sin, judgment, and exclusivity of Christ.
-
Key Scriptures:

Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23a – Sin and its consequences.
-
John 14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 Timothy 2:5; John 3:36 – Jesus is the only way.
-
Luke 13:3 – The call to repentance.
-
Ephesians 2:8–9 – Salvation is by grace through faith.
-
-
Confrontation is necessary, but it must be full of truth, grace, and mercy.

III. Pointing people to Jesus includes pointing out His mighty works.
-

Our personal testimonies are powerful reminders of Christ’s mighty work today.
IV. Pointing people to Jesus includes giving them their next steps.

Confront misconceptions and opposition.

-
Give clear next steps of faith.
